Terms and Conditions of ANTZ

 We accept payment by Paypal and Postal Order only. and Cash on collection for larger items

 Delivery:

Items are sent with a proof of posting.
Once posted goods are in the hands Of Royal Mail. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim. Usually despatched within

24-48 hours (except weekends)
Goods are sent in the quickest and most cost effective way,
If your item is returned to us as undelivered by the post office then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again
If item has not been received in 10 working days please contact us

All Questions will be answered within 24 hours
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds shall be issued if goods are not as described
If an item is faulty ANTZ should be immediately contacted and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange.
All postage and packing costs and returns are to be paid by the buyer
Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.
Refunds given if item is returned within 7 days, all tags and original packaging must still be intact.
Refunds will be given once item has been received back, please send your item by a trackable method, as we will NOT refund on goods NOT received.

Please include your user ID and Item number in with your return, for a faster refund.
Return postage costs for items will not be refundable.
These policies do not affect your statutory rights.

We Leave Feedback for your Purchass Just before we post your item, Please leave feedback for us soon as you have recieved the item safe and sound. but if you do have a problem Please email or phone, Please do not just leave a Neg feedback without trying to sort the problem out.

Depending on the item we do combine postage Please email first. small item's are FREEPOST most of the time,
Postage and Packaging costs are to cover labour and materials in packaging, and delivery.

If you do not agree with anything in the terms Please do not bid or purchass the item.
